The property maintains a respectful neighbor policy with a warning system for noise complaints, and any police involvement will result in immediate vacation termination without refund. A severe weather policy applies: stays are refunded only if the Governor of SC issues a mandatory evacuation order; otherwise, standard cancellation policies remain in effect.
