Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The entry level includes a king bedroom with access to a full hallway bathroom. On the upper level, you will find another king bedroom with a 40” flat panel TV, a queen bedroom, and a sprawling master suite. This master suite is a true private retreat, featuring two queen beds, a 40” flat panel TV, and a private en suite bathroom equipped with double vanities, a stone tile shower, and a jetted tub. A shared hallway bathroom on the upper level provides double vanities and a stone tile shower, along with a convenient washer and dryer.

The main living area is comfortable and well-proportioned, anchored by a gas fireplace and a 55” flat panel TV, flowing naturally into the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for home cooking, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3, while the dining table accommodates 8. For entertainment, the entry-level game room is a dedicated space for play, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and a 32” flat panel TV.

Outdoor living is where Moonlight Retreat truly shines. Set on 18 acres of private farmland with views of grazing horses and Mercier Orchards, the property features a private in-ground pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and a hot tub. Adventurers can explore a 1.5-mile private trail system starting directly from the cabin, complete with three circuits, berms, and rolling jumps for mountain bikers, as well as a creek-side rest area along Sugar Creek for hikers and runners. Additional outdoor highlights include a screened-in porch, a gas grill, and a basketball hoop.

Located just 10 minutes from the heart of Downtown Blue Ridge, guests have easy access to local dining, shops, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, and the Toccoa River. The famous Mercier Orchards is visible from the property and only minutes away. For those traveling from the city, Atlanta International Airport is approximately 90 minutes south.
