This stunning residence features an open floor plan designed for comfort and elegance. The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The layout includes a master bedroom on the main floor, with three additional bedrooms located on the lower level, all offering stunning mountain views. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, three queen beds, and a twin bunk bed. For added privacy, the fourth bedroom is separated from the fitness area by long and elegant curtains.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home is detailed as a feature-rich sanctuary. Guests can enjoy a high-end outdoor Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a dedicated fitness area. For entertainment, the cabin provides a game room equipped with a poker table, darts, and shuffleboard. The living spaces are warmed by both gas and wood fireplaces, and the outdoor area is perfectly equipped for relaxation with a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor heater, and a private putting green.

Smoking Policy: This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property; violations result in a $500 fee.
Pets: No pets allowed (Service dogs welcome per ADA guidelines; ESAs and small dogs under 25 lbs require prior approval and a $250 non-refundable fee plus a $550 refundable deposit).
Rules: Strict noise policies are enforced by the community and city code. Guests are responsible for any plumbing issues caused by flushing improper materials.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses
7. Pets are NOT allowed.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service except for our apartments located in Las Vegas, NV. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house.
10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.
When and how much do I need to pay?

To reserve the property you need to pay the full amount.

Cancellation policy

· For Guest cancellations made 29 days or less, Guest will be charged for the full Rental Amount.

· No grace period is applicable

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not received as agreed upon.

We require you to purchase Damage Protection Insurance or we may place an authorization hold on your credit card used at booking for any incidentals that may take place during your stay. This is not a charge, merely a hold (like hotels do) just to ensure the property is well cared for. This applies for all non-Airbnb bookings.

Once you depart and we find the property in great condition, which we know you will, we will release that authorization and you are all set!
