Evenings can be spent gathering around the fire pit or cooking on the gas grill.
Location is everything, and this home is centrally located on James Island, making it very easy to get to almost anywhere. You are just a few minutes' drive from the sandy shores of Folly Beach or the historic charm of downtown Charleston.

- Parking: Limited to two guest vehicles
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM due to shared walls
- Rules: No smoking anywhere on the property; no drugs or parties
- Pets: No pets allowed (Certified Service Animals accepted with prior proof of service)
- Fees: $50 fee for early check-in or late check-out. Unapproved late check-outs are charged $50 per hour.

Please leave the property as you found it. By booking, you agree to pay for damage you cause, including repair or replacement costs invoiced by a licensed contractor. Park up to 2 vehicles on the gravel to the LEFT of the driveway, in front of the guest house, leaving room to the left for Airstream guests to park in front of the gate. The right side of the driveway is for main house guests. Keep the driveway clear; you may use it to turn around. Early check-in or late check-out, when available, costs $50. Quiet hours: 10pm–7am. Swimwear is required in the hot tub.

Checkout is at 10 AM. Before leaving, please: Leave dirty dishes in the sink (washing appreciated, not required). Return items to their original places, including remotes to the coffee table. Leave the AC or heat running as appropriate, but turn off all lights. Lock the doors (but not the top deadbolt) Message Sarah when you've departed.
