This cozy space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one private bedroom featuring a queen bed, with additional sleeping options consisting of a sofa and a fold-out mattress in the living area. The layout is thoughtfully organized to include a full kitchen, a dedicated dinette for meals, a living room, and one full bathroom.

While the interior of the guest house is entirely your own, you are invited to enjoy the shared backyard, which is a wonderful place to hang out. This waterfront oasis features a creek where you can watch waterfowl, as well as a garden with fruit trees. For those seeking relaxation or adventure, the outdoor area offers a hot tub, a fire pit, and a gas grill. Guests are welcome to enjoy catch-and-release fishing in the waterway or take a jaunt down the estuary using the provided kayaks.

Located on James Island, the property is centrally situated and easy to access, putting you just a few minutes' drive from the excitement of downtown Charleston or the sandy shores of Folly Beach.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Keypad code provided a few days prior)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out: $50 fee (guaranteed only on the day of arrival/departure). Unauthorized late check-outs are charged $50 per hour or portion thereof.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM due to shared walls
• Restrictions: No smoking anywhere on the property; no drugs or parties
• Pets: No pets allowed. Certified service animals are permitted with proof of service sent prior to check-in
• Parking: Maximum of two guest vehicles
• Safety: Please be water safe with children in the backyard creek area
