The home is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an attached bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a shared bath. For groups needing additional space, the property can sleep up to 6 guests with the use of two folding beds.

• No events or parties; no unregistered guests allowed
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
• No smoking inside the property ($500 fee)
• Please do not feed wildlife or move furniture

Additional fees apply for unregistered guests ($500), excessive trash (minimum $150), and damages or excessive cleaning. For reservations made outside of Airbnb or HVMB, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from any eligible refunds.
