Per the City of Charleston ordinance, the property must not be occupied by more than four unrelated people (this restriction does not apply to families). Please note that pets are not allowed. Due to the historic character and vibrant downtown location, some city noise may be present; white-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort. A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
