Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the villa features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The primary suite is a true sanctuary with a king bed, breathtaking lake views, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower, private toilet area, and a private jacuzzi. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and lake views with a private ensuite. The third bedroom contains a king bed with an adjacent bathroom that can be locked for private use. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and an adjacent bath that can also be locked for privacy. The fifth bedroom, a dedicated guest suite, includes a king-size sleep number bed, a full pull-out sofa, and a private ensuite full bath. For the younger crowd or additional guests, the sixth bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds and is adjacent to a full bathroom.

Entertainment is at the heart of the villa, with a full game room featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, poker, foosball, and PlayStation. Additional gaming options, including a PS2, are tucked into the bunk room. Outdoors, guests can unwind on the expansive deck or relax under the covered patio. For boating enthusiasts, a boat ramp is within walking distance, and the property provides parking for up to 9 vehicles.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Linens are provided, though guests should bring their own beach towels. There is no daily maid service. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises; a $1,000 penalty applies. Please ensure the correct guest count is provided at booking, as a $50 fee per guest will be charged for unlisted visitors. Additionally, trash cans must be placed three feet apart with lids fully shut for collection.
