The layout includes two luxurious bedrooms, each appointed with a king-size bed and its own Smart TV for ultimate comfort and privacy. With two bathrooms and a versatile futon in the common area, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, boasting plush seating, a Smart TV, and a crackling fireplace to unwind by after exploring the nearby beauty of Blue Ridge.

While the structured amenities list is currently limited, the property offers a fully equipped kitchen for effortless meal preparation and an expansive outdoor deck. This deck serves as the perfect vantage point to sip your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the mountains shift into hues of pink and gold at sunset.

Your four-legged companions are welcome here, as Mountain View Retreat is dog-friendly and Fido-approved, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the mountain air.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guest Requirements: Must be 25 years or older to book; a signed rental agreement is required.
• Occupancy: Maximum occupancy per listing must not be exceeded.
• Policies: No smoking inside the house, no parties or events, and no loud music outdoors.
• Departure Tasks: Please empty the fridge, wash all dirty dishes (starter dish tabs provided), place towels in the bathroom shower, and remove all trash to the outside receptacle.

Guest Provisions: The host provides an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags, and all liquid soaps (excluding laundry detergent). Linens and towels are provided based on sleeping arrangements, and cleaning micro-fibers are located under the kitchen sink.
