This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across three levels. The main floor features a living and kitchen area with a fully stocked kitchen, a complimentary coffee bar featuring Starbucks coffee, and a cozy gas fireplace with a reclining sofa. Outside, a large patio offers both covered and uncovered seating, a swing, and a gas grill. The first bedroom is also located on this level, featuring a queen bed and a full bath.

The basement serves as a secondary living area, complete with arcade-style Pac-Man and other entertainment. The second bedroom is situated here, equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed with an attached full bathroom. The top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, which boasts a king bed, an attached full jacuzzi bath, and a private enclosed patio. For additional sleeping space, the suite includes a separate loft area with twin bunks and a futon.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the hot tub, fire pit, and various dining spaces, along with a path leading to a nearby pond. As part of a gated community, guests receive 4 day passes to access shared amenities including hiking trails, tennis courts, and basketball courts.

Location: Located in the gated Walnut Mountain community in Ellijay, GA, the home is just 20 minutes from Blue Ridge. Please note that as a mountain community, some roads and the driveway to the home are steep.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Contactless keyless entry)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (under 30 lbs) with prior host approval; $75 fee per pet. Cats are not allowed. Pets must stay off furniture and be kenneled when unattended.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside (fee: $500), no parties or loud music (quiet hours 10pm-8am), and no unauthorized guests (fee: $500).
• Local Policy: This property does not host locals without prior management approval.
• Note: One upstairs shower is currently non-functional; two others are fully operational.
