Welcome to The Fox Den! You and your group will be thrilled to cuddle up in this warm and stylish cabin, a perfect fusion of modern and rustic design nestled on a hilltop in Blue Ridge, Georgia.

This inviting retreat is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 6. The main floor offers a very comfortable King bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a dresser, closet, and Smart TV. For additional guests, a custom spiral staircase leads to a treehouse-like loft area equipped with 2 Queen beds and another Smart TV. The main level bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and a convenient laundry area.

The interior is designed for comfort, boasting an open-concept living area with a cozy couch and a fully stocked farm-style kitchen. Step outside into an outdoor oasis featuring a brand new hot tub just outside the kitchen door and a custom-built fire pit area adorned with string lighting and comfy Adirondack chairs. A gravel path connects the two, and a newly placed patio includes a grill and a 4-person dining table for alfresco meals. For those with electric vehicles, a Type 2 EV charger (420 outlet) is available.

Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Blue Ridge via all paved roads, the cabin offers a private feel surrounded by trees. Guests can enjoy a lovely view of a meadow and a small creek running through the property, where children and pets are welcome to play. Nearby attractions include the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway (2.6 mi) and Mercier Orchards (3.5 mi).

3. There is $100 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. 2 pets maximum. Dogs only. 50lb limit. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s). No Cats Allowed.Please clean up after your pets.
4. This property has a maximum of 6 guests. This has been determined by local authorities for safety reasons. If you have more than the maximum number of guests without approval, you will be asked to leave right away, and there will be no refund.
5. There can be no more than 3 vehicles on the property. If you bring more than 3 vehicles, you will be asked to remove them.
6. The use of firearms, fireworks, and any weapons are prohibited on the property. This is a local and state law, and against the rules of the subdivision. If firearms, fireworks, or any weapons are used on the property, the local authorities will be called, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
7. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children in the hot tub. The hot tub does not have any lifeguards on duty. Using the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests agree that they will use the hot tub at their own risk. No food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub. No pets are allowed in the hot tub. No soaps or bath salts are allowed in the hot tub.
8. Do not leave the fireplace or fire pit unattended while in use.
9. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. If there is a smell of smoking inside the home, you will be charged for all costs that come with getting rid of the smell. If you smoke outside, it's your job to put out and get rid of your cigarette butts safely.
10. Guests must only use the property for legal reasons. Any other use, including but not limited to illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, sex trafficking, etc. will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and local authorities will be contacted immediately.
11. Smoke alarms are safety requirements. During your stay, if you hear the alarm chirping, please let us know right away so that we can make arrangements to replace the battery. It is prohibited to tamper with or turn off smoke alarms.
12. There is a security camera on the exterior side that faces the driveway. If any guest tampers with, turns off, or covers the camera, they will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued. Camera does not view private areas.
13. When you leave during your stay or at check out, all exterior doors and windows must be locked.
14. No parties or events allowed on the property.
15. Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.
16. Our cancellation policy is followed in all instances including weather, power outages, illness, and any circumstances out of our control. Power outages are rare but can occur anytime during the year. No refunds will be given for power outages.
