This expansive residence is designed for group comfort and relaxation, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout is thoughtfully spread across three levels:

On the main level, you will find a spacious great room anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a TV room, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. This floor also hosts a luxurious king-size master suite complete with a full bath and double vanities. Outside, an expansive deck with a remote-controlled overhead sunscreen provides a perfect setting for outdoor lounging and dining.

The upper level contains two additional bedrooms that share a full bath; one is furnished with a king bed, while the other features a double/twin bunk.

The terrace level is dedicated to entertainment and privacy, boasting a huge recreation room with a big-screen TV, pool table, and two single daybed bench seats. This level also includes a second master suite with its own private bath and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Located within the Big Canoe community, guests are near world-class resort facilities including golf, tennis, a wellness center, swimming pools, hiking trails, and a scenic lake with boat rentals. Please be aware that access to these community amenities requires advance coordination, separate payment, and direct contact with the Big Canoe amenities office, as fees are not included in the rental rate.
