This three-story cabin is designed for relaxation and connection, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of up to 8 people. The layout includes three physical beds: a Queen bed with deck access on the main floor, a Queen bed in the loft with a private balcony overlooking the creek, and two Queen beds in a bunk bed style on the lower level.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room on the main floor with a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a comprehensive set of cookware and appliances. For entertainment, the lower level provides a gas fireplace, a pool table, and a dart board.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The spacious yard features gentle slopes and plenty of room to play. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the creekside fire pit, relax in the hammock, or enjoy the picnic table right by the water. Fightingtown Creek is renowned for award-winning fishing for both stocked and wild trout.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum renter age: 25 years old (must be present for the duration of stay)
• A signed rental agreement and proof of ID are required after booking
• No pets allowed
• No smoking, vaping, or candles permitted inside or on decks
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended for mountain roads
• Parking is limited: Maximum of 3 small vehicles or 2 large trucks
• Fishing requires a valid Georgia license; catch and release is mandatory with artificial lures and single barbless hooks only
• Swimming in the creek is not recommended due to strong currents
• No refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, or inclement weather
