To ensure a stress-free stay, a rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking. This is a non-smoking home. Parties and events are strictly prohibited by state law, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. One dog is allowed with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee; however, cats are not permitted. For guest safety, the home features a doorbell camera and exterior side cameras, as well as a Noise Aware decibel monitoring device.
