This thoughtfully designed home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first floor invites you into a gorgeous living room and a fully stocked kitchen complete with a small coffee bar. Two bedrooms and a shareable bathroom are also located on the main level. The upstairs is dedicated to the master bedroom, which serves as a private sanctuary featuring its own full bathroom, a small built-in fridge, and a second coffee bar for your convenience.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, with two distinct patios designed for relaxation and fun. One patio is equipped with a brand new hot tub and a grill featuring a bar top sitting area. The second patio is dedicated to entertainment, offering a fire pit, corn hole, and various board games.

Located in the gated community of Coosawatte River Resort, guests are just 25 minutes from the attractions of Blue Ridge. The community is known for its scenic mountain views and paved roads. Guests receive 4 day passes providing access to awesome community features, including putt-putt golf, an arcade room, a playground, river access, two outdoor pools, and one indoor pool. The surrounding area is a paradise for those who enjoy hiking and fishing.

House Rules & Policies:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the home (Violation fee: $500)
• No parties or loud music; quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
• No unregistered guests permitted (Violation fee: $500)
• No locals are hosted without prior management approval
• Furniture must not be re-staged or moved
• Smart TVs require guests to use their own subscription logins (no cable provided)
• Firewood is not provided for the fire pit
• Additional fees apply for unregistered pets ($500) or excessive trash (minimum $150)

Please note that Coosawatte River Resort is a mountain community; some roads and the driveway are steep.
