Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Pet Policy: Dog-friendly (maximum of 2 dogs). Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. A $75 pet fee applies per stay.

Guests are encouraged to bring personal grooming items, groceries, spices, condiments, insect repellent, Duraflame logs for the fireplace or fire pit, and beach towels for excursions to Lake Blue Ridge. For longer stays, please bring extra hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, and laundry detergent.
