The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite (Bedroom #3) featuring a queen size bed, faux fireplace, smart TV, porch access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Bedroom #2 offers a queen size bed and smart TV, while Bedroom #1 provides two full size beds and a smart TV. An additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves the home.

Inside, you will find bright, open spaces with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture windows that flood the home with natural light. The living area features plush sofa seating, a smart TV, and a cozy fireplace for cooler nights, alongside a high-top game table for two. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry, offering a dining table for six and island seating for two.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles
• Pets: Allowed (Max 2 dogs). A $100 pet fee per pet, per stay applies. Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 fee.
• Safety: The home is equipped with four external security cameras monitoring the driveway, dock, back gate, and lake.
• House Rules: No parties. Smoking is only permitted at the dock area (do not discard butts in the water). Quiet hours are from 11pm - 6am.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged; unbagged trash results in a $250 fine.
• Nature: Being close to the woods, guests may encounter local wildlife including bears and snakes. Please use the provided locked bear box for trash.
