Guests should note several important policies: Pets are welcomed with a $250 non-refundable fee per pet, and undisclosed pets will result in additional fines. This is strictly a non-smoking property with fines starting at $2000 for violations. Extended stays of 30 nights or more include a doubled cleaning fee for deep cleaning services. Same-day bookings are accommodated with a 6:00 PM MST check-in time. The Ion Property Management team provides support between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST. Processing fees are non-refundable in case of refund requests. Access instructions will be provided prior to your arrival time.
