Guests can enjoy the stillness of the neighborhood while remaining close enough to the action to have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city center. The home is located a short drive from Florida State and Florida A&M Universities and is surrounded by several local golf courses. Additionally, close proximity to I-10 provides easy access to a variety of shopping and restaurants. Please note that because of the suburban location, a car is almost a must, though Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all viable options for getting around.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Instructions will be sent via text and booking platform 1-2 days prior to arrival)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Additional Guest Fees: A fee of $20 per person, per night is charged after 4 guests
• Unauthorized Guests: No unauthorized guests are allowed; a $200 fee will be assessed for each unauthorized person
• House Rule: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes while inside the home (bunny slippers are welcome!)
