The second area, known as the Funky Side, spans two stories; the downstairs is a dedicated hangout zone with a pull-out queen sofa bed and an arcade machine, while the upstairs offers two additional colorful bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette with a coffee and tea station. Please note that access to the upstairs bedrooms requires using a somewhat steep staircase.

Entertainment is at the heart of this home. Inside, you will find a lounge equipped with an arcade machine loaded with classics like Pac-Man and Dig Dug, a sound system, board games, and a full bookshelf. Outside, the property transforms into a playground with a big backyard featuring a giant fire pit for roasting s'mores, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and yard games including cornhole, giant Connect 4, and giant Jenga.
