Welcome to Bill's Bay Breeze, the perfect spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway in Alligator Point, Florida. This cozy cottage offers a relaxing escape where you can unwind on the screened-in back porch and take in stunning waterfront views of the bay and the local wildlife.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout to maximize sleeping spaces. The property consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The left bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, while the right bedroom contains a full bed and twin bunks. Additionally, there is a front room featuring a full daybed, ensuring plenty of space for your group. For entertainment, both the living room and the front room are furnished with smart TVs.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. The comfy porch is outfitted with various couches and chairs, making it an ideal place to enjoy the breeze and watch the water. Near the shoreline, a picnic table sits under the trees, providing a peaceful spot for outdoor meals. The bay's calm and shallow waters are perfect for swimming, especially for children. Practical additions include a charcoal grill and a dedicated laundry area located in a separate enclosed space outside the porch, where you will also find beach chairs and some children's toys.

Located in a prime area, the cottage is roughly 10 houses down from Public Beach Access 3. A short trip down the road leads you to Alligator Point's Marina, where you can launch a boat for a day of fishing or visit the Tiki Hut for seafood, burgers, and drinks. For nature lovers, Bald Point State Park is just minutes away.
