About Property

Ditch the motel and discover your ultimate Northern Michigan basecamp in Boyne City. This tricked-out 43-foot RV offers a refreshing change of scenery, placing you minutes away from the region's best outdoor adventures while providing a comfortable, clean sanctuary to return to after a day of exploration.

Designed for flexibility, the layout includes 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, complemented by two memory-foam pull-out loveseats in the living area. This configuration allows the space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, whether you are traveling as a group of adults or a family with children. The sleeping sanctuary features a hybrid gel mattress with hotel-quality, 100% long staple cotton bedding and a variety of pillows to ensure a perfect night's rest.

While the RV provides a cozy interior, the surrounding 10 acres offer plenty of room to roam. You can start your morning with coffee under the awning or spend your evenings sharing stories and s'mores at the fire pit, which includes seating for six. For those bringing gear, there is ample parking for trucks, trailers, ATVs, boats, and snowmobiles.

Since the structured amenities list is currently empty, please refer to the space descriptions for interior details: the kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking with a dining table for four and a screened-in picnic table in the gazebo. The entertainment hub features a 48" Smart TV with a thumping subwoofer and a comprehensive streaming lineup. The bathroom is bright and stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer and plush towels.

Located in the heart of a four-season playground, you are practically next door to Boyne Mountain and Boyne City. The area is perfect for championship golf, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring Lake Charlevoix, the Boyne River, and the Jordan River. Local wineries, distilleries, and seasonal festivals—like the National Morel Mushroom Festival and the Harvest Festival—are all within easy reach.
