• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Early check-in is available on the day of arrival only if the property is vacant; please coordinate with the local property manager).
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs are strictly prohibited to maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule).
• Pet Policy: Up to 1 dog is permitted with a required pet fee. More than one dog or any other type of pet is prohibited.
• Important Notes: The property does not have air conditioning, and portable AC units are not permitted. Please be aware that the shower is quite small (25" x 27"), which may be challenging for larger individuals.
• Guest Capacity: Pricing is based on the number of guests; please ensure your reservation reflects the accurate guest count.
• Access: Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the owner's storage cabinet and storage sheds.
