This cozy cabin is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort. The layout features two bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. The first floor provides a separate sleeping area with a plush queen bed. Above, a highlight of the home is the loft, which houses two twin beds—perfect for children, additional guests, or serving as a quiet reading nook. The main living area exudes modern charm with cozy touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The airy bathroom is equipped with a large vanity and a walk-in shower.

While the kitchen is compact, it is outfitted with essentials including a toaster oven and a mini fridge for your beverages and snacks. Beyond the interior, sliding glass doors lead to a back deck offering stunning views of the surrounding farm, wildlife, and grazing Dexter cattle. It is a serene setting to watch the sunset over the pond and ridge or experience a stunning firefly show in early summer.

Guests are invited to explore the lush grounds, including two large ponds, a communal fire pit, and a ridge trail that winds along a mile of the Kentucky River. A trail also leads directly to the neighboring West 6th Farm and Taproom for a refreshing local beer.

Located just 10 minutes from downtown Frankfort's shops and restaurants, the cabin is also a mere 7-minute drive from the iconic Buffalo Trace Distillery. For water enthusiasts, a Kentucky River access ramp is only 5 minutes away.

Access to the cabin requires walking down a short gravel path, and the stairs leading to the loft have treads steeper than standard steps.
