This one-of-a-kind waterfront getaway is designed for relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable gatherings with family and friends, nestled in a scenic setting with views of rolling hills and mature trees.

Designed for groups of up to 14 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout across three levels. The main level offers an open-concept living area with a sofa, loveseat, and Roku flat-screen TV, alongside an eat-in kitchen fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware. This level also includes Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The lower level provides a cozy den for entertainment, Bedroom 1 featuring two full beds, a full bathroom with a shower, and convenient laundry facilities. The upper level, accessible via a steeper staircase, houses Bedroom 3 with a king bed and a jack-and-jill bathroom, as well as Bedroom 4 with two twin-over-full bunk beds—perfect for kids—and a shared bathroom with a dual vanity and stand-up shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Enjoy multiple southern-style porches, including a guest-favorite screened-in porch off the kitchen. The grounds include a large grassy area ideal for corn hole, games, and bonfires at the fire pit. Please note that while the property features a private dock and cabana, they are currently closed for repairs and not usable by land or boat. A boat ramp for larger vessels is located just 1 mile away.

House Rules & Restrictions:

• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee; pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• No smoking (including vapes/e-cigs) inside or around the home; violations result in a $500 charge.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Seasonal Note: Water levels may be too low for dock use from mid-October to May, though fishing remains possible. Satellite internet may be spotty.
