Discover the ultimate river getaway at our River Refuge, a spacious three-level home nestled on the Chickamauga Lake portion of the Tennessee River in Decatur. Perfect for those looking to relax and unwind, this property offers a seamless blend of adventure and relaxation for groups and families.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home is spread across three stories to provide plenty of room for gathering while ensuring private spaces to retreat. The layout consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 3 full bathrooms. The main level features a queen bed in the first bedroom, while the upper level hosts the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom containing two double beds. A lower-level sleeping area provides two additional double beds, ensuring ample space for everyone.

Inside, you will find two separate living areas, both equipped with 55-inch TVs, with the lower level also featuring a PS3 for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, paired with a dining area featuring a large farmhouse-style table.

Outdoor living is the highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy:

Important Notes: The paved path to the water is very steep and may be difficult for elderly guests or those with mobility limitations. The main-level living room deck is currently off-limits. Please be aware that water levels are seasonal; boating may be limited from October through May, though fishing from the dock remains an option.
