Sleeping Arrangements The villa features a private layout consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. In addition to the private master bedroom, the home offers a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living area and unique child-sized bunk beds built into the hallway. These bunks are separated from the main living space by a privacy door, creating an ideal setup for families.

For those exploring without a car, the Breeze bus stop is located directly in front of the resort, and a free trolley is available during the summer months. Riding bikes on the beach is another highlight of the local experience.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum rental age is 25, and a valid ID and credit card are required upon arrival. One complimentary parking pass is provided; additional passes are available for $35. This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Please note that e-bikes are prohibited within the resort community. Guests should provide their own pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper). Routine pest control is performed on the first Friday of February, April, June, August, October, and December, with potential re-sprays on the fourth Friday of each month.
