The layout is designed for comfort and connection, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Inside, the chalet feels homey and inviting, offering two distinct living areas—one on the main floor and another downstairs—providing plenty of cozy spots to gather for movie nights or board games. The well-stocked, cozy kitchen is equipped with everything from blenders to crockpots, making the preparation of family meals a breeze.

When the snow melts, the area transforms into a summer paradise where you can explore golf, boating, and peaceful morning walks through the scenic neighborhood of Shanty Creek.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 years or older, unless the group is a family with children.
• Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be returned after departure provided there are no issues.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval. There is a $20 per night fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Pets must be crated when left alone.
