The first floor features a King bed in the Master Bedroom, two Guest Bedrooms each with Queen beds, and a versatile Bunk Room featuring a Twin/Queen bunk bed with a Twin trundle. For additional flexibility, the main level includes a Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, a Den with a Queen Murphy bed, and sleeper sofas in both the living room and the first-floor den.

Designed for gathering, the interior boasts a bright open living area that seamlessly connects the dining and kitchen spaces. The home also includes two additional living areas for extra entertainment and a cozy ground-level bedroom and enclosed garage for convenient accessibility.

While the property does not have private internal amenities, guests enjoy full access to the luxury resort-style community pool and clubhouse within the WindMark Beach Resort.

Nestled along the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico, the property is located in an active coastal community just 350 yards from the beach. WindMark Beach Resort offers miles of sugar-white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and scenic nature trails. A short bike ride takes you to the vibrant town center, where you can visit The Mill Mercantile & Social for handcrafted cocktails and live music, enjoy authentic pies at Bruno's Pizza, or rent gear from Outrigger for kayaking and paddleboarding.
