• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
• No smoking, vaping, or glitter allowed
• Strictly no unregistered guests; unauthorized guest fees of $500 per night apply
• Free parking for 2 vehicles (no boat/trailer parking)
• No hair dye, bleach, or tinting products to be used inside the property
