Situated above Golden Shoes on the downtown corridor, this residence serves as the perfect hub for exploring the beautiful "Up North" region, placing you just steps away from the town's best shops, restaurants, and bars.

This 1,152 square foot retreat is designed with a sophisticated blend of history and contemporary style, featuring original exposed brick paired with modern fixtures. The home is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with king beds, and each connects to its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. For additional guests, the living room includes a convenient pull-out sofa.

The open-concept main living area overlooks Front St and is anchored by a large screen smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within a hallway closet. Please be aware that this unit is located on the second floor; access is via a 21-step climb from the alley entrance on the south side of the building. Guests should note that the stairs are a little steep and there is no elevator.

Located in the buzzing center of downtown Traverse City, the property offers an urban vibe. While the area is lively, the town typically winds down earlier than a major city. To ensure a restful stay amidst the urban sounds, ear plugs are provided.

Practical arrangements include one free parking space located below the unit. Additional vehicles may utilize metered parking at the nearby Hardy Garage or Old Town Garage. A bike rack is also available at the back of the building for your convenience.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Age Restriction: All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (verified after booking).
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Fees: A $69 damage waiver fee is required for accidental coverage up to $600. A non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.
• Cleaning: A mandatory mid-stay clean is required for reservations of 14 days or longer.
• Extras: High chairs and pack n plays are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Security: Cameras are located at the main door entry and in the Loft Level Entryway.
