For additional sleeping arrangements, the basement includes a bunk room featuring full mattresses on the bottom and twin mattresses on top, as well as a second basement room with a queen bed and a 50" television. Further flexibility is provided by a comfortable wrap-around couch and a pull-out couch in the basement area.

The interior is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The living and dining rooms boast large windows with panoramic views of the serene forest surroundings, complemented by a luxurious wrap-around sectional couch and reclining chairs. Entertainment options include a 75" smart TV with surround sound in the main area and a 65" smart TV in the basement, alongside an air hockey table and various kids' toys. A full kitchen is available for preparing meals, equipped with necessary utensils and a coffee pot, with a dining table that seats 8 plus additional barstools.

Outside, guests can explore 3 acres of property, including walking trails and a fire pit for quality family time in the evenings. The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, situated within walking distance of the famous Torch Lake sandbar and just a 5-minute walk from the Torch River Bridge boat launch, with several boat rental companies located nearby.
