The sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms on the second floor with premium mattresses and high-quality linens, and a third-floor entertainment lounge featuring a queen Murphy bed with a high-quality memory foam mattress. For additional guests, a queen air mattress is available to ensure everyone has a relaxing rest.

Inside, the home is filled with thoughtful details. The main level offers an open-concept living and dining area with a 65" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, baking, and entertaining. A convenient coffee and wine bar area is equipped with a wine fridge and Keurig Duo. The second floor houses the two primary king bedrooms, including a master suite with an en suite bathroom featuring a full glass shower for a luxurious spa-like experience. The top floor is a dedicated entertainment hub boasting a 75" TV, air hockey table, wall Scrabble, a beverage bar with an undercounter fridge and ice maker, and a small workspace.

Step outside onto the third-floor balcony to enjoy stunning sunset views of the Chattanooga skyline, with the Market St. Bridge and TN Aquarium visible from your Polywood Adirondack chairs.

Check-in is available at 3:00 PM via keypad self check-in, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note the cancellation policy: a full refund (less a $75 taxable fee) is available if cancelled more than 1 day prior to arrival; no refund is issued for cancellations within 1 day of the arrival date.
