The villa's layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the main floor, the luxury master suite features a king-sized bed and a private walkout leading directly to the landscaped courtyard. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements include a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, as well as a second bedroom equipped with two sets of twin-sized bunk beds, making it perfect for children or additional guests. For convenience, the home offers a full bath on the main floor and a Jack and Jill bath serving the upstairs rooms.

Inside, you will find a spacious open-concept layout where the fully equipped kitchen—complete with ample counter space and cabinets—flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a wonderful space for gatherings. For your comfort, the home includes a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

• Community Pool Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM (April 1–October 31)
• Restrictions: No smoking or pets allowed. No golf carts, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are permitted on the property. Bikes must be secured in private courtyards.
