This getaway features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests with 2 beds. The layout consists of two private suites: Room 5, which features a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a stand-up shower, and Room 6, which offers a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. Each suite is thoughtfully equipped with a flat screen TV with Roku devices, a couch, a chair, and controllable wall AC/heat units. For your convenience, you will find a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs or stools, a microwave, a mini fridge and freezer, a toaster, and a 4-cup coffee maker.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the lodge provides an array of shared outdoor features including beaches, fire pits, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, grills, porch swings, and balconies. Guests also have access to an on-site party store stocked with necessities, liquor, and snacks.

• Access: Seamless self-check-in via custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Verification (rental agreement, ID, and selfie upload) is required via the Enso Connect app.
• Parking: One assigned spot per room in front of the building, with additional public parking at Lakeside Park.
• Pets: Allowed in Room 5 only (potty-trained dogs, preferably under 50 lbs) for a fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month. Must be leashed and cleaned up after.
• Rules: No parties or smoking in rooms ($1,000 fine). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. No jumping on beds and no fishing on the docks.
