Pets are welcome with specific guidelines: a flat rate of $150 for up to two dogs (no puppies), dogs must remain off furniture, and owners must clean up after their pets in the yard. For security, cameras are located at the entrance, the side of the house, and the gated entrance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on the calendar.
