Whether you are seeking beachfront relaxation and fishing in the summer or snow adventures and vibrant fall foliage in the cooler months, this retreat is ideal for all types of getaways all year round.

This private suite features a Queen loft style room designed for guest comfort. The layout includes one loft bedroom with a Queen sized bed and one bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. The lower level provides a relaxing area with a couch and chair, while the interior is outfitted with controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, and a cozy dining area with a small table and stools. For convenience, the room includes a flat screen TV with Roku devices, a microwave, mini fridge and freezer, a toaster, and a 4 cup coffee maker. Please note there is no full kitchen in this unit.

You are strategically positioned within a 30-minute to one-hour drive of Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, and just 45 minutes from the captivating turquoise waters of Torch Lake.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Self-check-in via custom-coded keypad locks; requires ID, selfie, and rental agreement verification
• Parking: Assigned spot in front of the building; additional truck and trailer parking near the private beach; public parking available at Lakeside Park
• Rules: No parties, no smoking in rooms ($1,000 fine), no jumping on beds, and no fishing on the docks
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Pets: Potty-trained dogs allowed (preferably under 50 lbs) with prior authorization. Fees are $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month. Dogs must be leashed in common areas.
• Discounts: 10% off for 7+ nights; 20% off for 30+ nights
