This apartment-style room is designed for versatile getaways, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom offers a King-sized bed and a Queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom provides two sets of Queen-sized beds. The bathroom includes a practical stand-up shower. For your comfort, the space is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs, a 46” flat screen TV with a Roku device, controllable wall AC/heat units, a 12-cup coffee maker, and steamers.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Assigned spot for 2 vehicles in front of the building; additional public parking is available across the street at Lakeside Park.
• Pet Policy: Potty-trained dogs (preferably under 50 lbs) are welcome. Fees are $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month. Dogs must be leashed in common areas and cleaned up after.
• House Rules: No parties or smoking in rooms ($1,000 fine). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. No jumping on beds and no fishing on the docks (please use the public access spots).
• Access: Self-check-in via the Enso Connect app requires a signed rental agreement and ID/selfie upload.
• Discounts: 10% off for 7+ nights; 20% off for 30+ nights.
