• Pets: Dogs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable deposit for the first pet and $150 for each additional pet. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, kept off furniture/beds, and be on flea treatment.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 cars allowed. An additional $40 parking pass fee applies for a second car (please notify 7 days in advance).
• Cancellation: Full forfeiture within 14 days of arrival; 50% refund between 14 and 30 days; $150 forfeiture for cancellations over 30 days.
