For your convenience, the space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a MiniSplit system to keep you comfortable with both heat and air. The bathroom provides a practical stand-up shower, and the entire home is secured with keyless entry and a Ring doorbell for your peace of mind.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guest Verification: A seamless self-check-in process requires signing a rental agreement and uploading an ID and selfie via the Enso Connect app.
• Pets: Potty-trained dogs are allowed (preferably under 50 lbs) with prior authorization. Fees are $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month. Please keep pets leashed in common areas.
• Policies: No smoking inside; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No loud music or parties are permitted.
• Additional Details: A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the cost. Local guests require prior authorization before booking. A starter kit with coffee and basic supplies is provided.
