This thoughtfully appointed home is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Designed for comfort and convenience across 600 square feet, the home features:

• Fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee machine
• Full sized laundry
• Bathroom with a stand up shower
• Private garden level patio with outdoor seating (accessible only from inside the unit)

Located in the vibrant center of Traverse City, guests can enjoy the convenience of urban living. Please be aware that with a central location comes urban noises, and there is currently construction happening next door; for your comfort, earplugs and sound machines are provided. As a garden level unit, there are approximately 8 steps required to enter and exit the property.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Parking: No on-site parking available. Guests are responsible for parking via metered street parking or recommended garages such as the Hardy Garage (303 East State St.) or Old Town Garage (125 East Eighth St.). Please note overnight street parking restrictions from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14).
• Policies: No pets allowed. No fireworks permitted. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Fees: A $49 damage waiver fee is required per stay (covering accidental damage up to $500). A non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations. A pack n play is available upon request for an additional charge.
• Maintenance: Reservations of 14 days or longer require a mid-stay clean, which is also available upon request for shorter stays.
