To maximize guest capacity for up to 4 people, the villa includes twin bunk beds discretely built into the hallway and a couch that serves as a twin sofa sleeper. The interior is highlighted by an updated kitchen with granite counters and a bathroom featuring a walk-in subway tile shower. Natural light pours through sunny doors that lead to a private balcony, where you can soak in the amazing ocean views.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the community provides a wealth of features for your enjoyment:

• Parking: Passes are available at the security gate for $25 each (maximum 2 passes), payable by credit card.
• Rules: No pets, no smoking, and no golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed on the property. Bikes must be stored in provided racks.
