This inviting second-floor end unit offers a peaceful retreat overlooking a serene lagoon, providing the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.

Designed for comfort and versatility, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a King bed, while the second bedroom provides a flexible sleeping arrangement with one Twin and one Full bed. For additional guests, the living area includes a sleeper sofa.

Guests will find all the comforts of home in this fully furnished space. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary pots and pans for a home-cooked meal, along with both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee drip maker. For entertainment, Smart TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms, and ceiling fans in each bedroom ensure a cool, breezy atmosphere.

Being part of a beachfront resort, the property offers the luxury of direct beach access, meaning there is no need to get in a car or ride a bike to reach the sand. The villa is also just a short walk to the pool and the resort's tennis and pickleball courts. To enhance your seaside experience, the owner provides six beach chairs and an umbrella.

Nestled within lush landscapes, the resort is surrounded by the natural beauty of the island. Guests can easily explore nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment that highlight the unique charm of island living. While the owner does not provide bikes, they can be conveniently rented on-site, and Uber or Lyft are readily available for venturing across the island.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Parking for one vehicle is included; however, a second parking pass can be requested for an additional $35.00. For long-term "Snowbird" rentals of 28 nights or more, an extra $100.00 departure deep clean fee applies. A limited starter supply of towels, linens, and soaps is provided for the duration of the stay, and laundry facilities are available at the resort near the Pro-Shop/Tennis Center.
