The layout includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and additional sleeping arrangements consisting of a fold-out sleeper in the living room and cozy bunks in the hall specifically for small children. Inside, you will find a sleek granite kitchen and all-new furnishings that enhance the home's contemporary feel. For entertainment, smart TVs are conveniently located in both the bedroom and the living room, while the balcony provides a wonderful spot to take in the ocean views.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is part of the Seaside gated-oceanfront complex, which provides an array of onsite features to enhance your stay:

Located in the heart of the main beach area, the villa is situated in a prime spot that avoids the heaviest crowds while remaining incredibly accessible. To help you explore the island, 2 bikes and beach chairs are included with your stay.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Regarding parking, the villa is limited to 1 parking spot; only 1 parking permit will be issued. While there are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, all parking is first-come, first-served. Please be mindful not to block other vehicles.
