Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may be available for $50/hour)
• Deposit: A $300 security deposit and signed rental contract are required upon booking.
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less) with a non-refundable $150 fee. Specific breed restrictions apply per insurance regulations (including Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, and Rottweilers).
• House Rules: Minimum primary renter age is 25. Occupancy limit is 4 guests. No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted inside; violations result in a $250 fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Ring security cameras are located at the front door for safety.
