• Check-in: 3:00 PM (Early check-in before 11 AM is subject to availability and a 50% nightly rate fee)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out fees apply: 50% of nightly rate after 11 AM, 75% after 1 PM, and 100% after 3 PM, with a $100 minimum fee)
• Policies: No pets, no smoking, and no parties are allowed. A $350 fee applies for smoking violations.
• Access: Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement.
• Requirements: Government-issued photo ID and credit card verification are required. Local guests within a 50 km radius are subject to approval.
• Note: Basic essential starter kits are provided. Please be aware that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur.
