Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Access to the building at 708 Randolph is via a secure building code provided on the morning of arrival. Guests are advised to park specifically in space SNL #205 in the rear lot accessible via Cypress Street to avoid towing. As this is a pet-friendly rental, guests with severe animal allergies should be aware that while an exceptional cleaning team is used, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled more than 5 days prior to arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival.
