For the rest of the group, the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with queen mattresses, while the third bedroom offers a versatile queen trundle bed and two twin bunk beds. To ensure everyone has plenty of space, the apartment includes three full bathrooms: two equipped with showers and a third featuring a relaxing tub.

Inside the approximately 1,250 square foot condo, you will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures, complete with a full suite of appliances and cookware. The living space is anchored by a cozy indoor fireplace, perfect for winding down after a day of exploration. For entertainment, the home provides TVs equipped with streaming services. Additionally, guests can enjoy peace of mind with a newly installed reverse osmosis system providing quality drinking water throughout the stay.

You are within walking distance of the Wolverine, Bear, and Spruce Run Golf Courses at the Grand Traverse Resort, and only a 5-minute drive from Flint Fields. Please note that while this unit is close to the resort, it is not affiliated with the Grand Traverse Resort.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (verified after booking). A mandatory $79 damage waiver fee is required, providing accidental coverage up to $1,000. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed per HOA rules. A non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations. High chairs and pack 'n plays are available for an additional fee. Reservations of 14 days or longer require a mid-stay clean, which is also available upon request for shorter stays.
