The King Suite further enhances the experience with a private ensuite bathroom and its own television.

Inside, you will find a heart-of-the-home kitchen equipped with a double oven, dishwasher, flat top cook stove, and a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the sprawling farm. A separate dining room with a large table for 8 opens via French doors to the backyard. For entertainment, retreat to the dedicated theater room featuring surround sound, 8 plush theater chairs, and a sofa. • Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may be available for $50/hour)
• Pets: Dog-friendly; up to 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less) with a $150 non-refundable fee. Larger dogs considered case-by-case.
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A $300 security deposit and signed contract are required upon booking.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside (e-cigarettes included) with a $250 fine for violations. No illegal drugs or marijuana permitted on premises. No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
