Parties, events, fireworks, and open flames are strictly prohibited. Smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony is forbidden and carries a $1,000 fine. Lost keys or access cards result in a $100 fee. Provided towels are for indoor use only; guests must bring their own beach towels.
