This inviting home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one Queen bed and one Full bed, along with a twin trundle for additional flexibility. The living space is enhanced by a large flat screen TV for streaming your own service accounts, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing home-cooked meals. In the spirit of traditional bonding, please note there is no dishwasher, offering an old-fashioned "you wash, I'll dry" experience with your travel companions.

Outside, the property is a nature lover's dream. A babbling brook flows through the back of the lot, leading to a large area perfect for a fire pit and a small hiking trail that ascends to a beautiful overlook. The grassy side yard feels as if it goes on for miles, popping with colorful flowers during the summer months.

Located in a prime spot for outdoor enthusiasts, the local TART trail for long walks is less than a mile away. A 30-minute drive brings you to the shores of Lake Michigan at Empire Beach, as well as some of the most stunning hiking trails in the US.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (verified after booking).
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with an additional fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and must be kenneled or taken with you when leaving the home to avoid barking.
• Fees: A non-refundable credit card processing fee applies. A mandatory $69 damage waiver fee is required, providing accidental coverage up to $600.
• Winter Access: Snow removal is scheduled for snowfalls of 3+ inches. 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months.
• Additional Notes: High chairs and pack n plays are available for an additional fee. Reservations of 14 days or longer require a mid-stay clean.
